Eva’s Byte #576 – Thrifting
I wanna get lost in the aisles and thrift away…
(Inspired by the most famous and popular version of “Drift Away,” a song recorded by Dobie Gray in 1973)
When the going gets tough due to escalating prices at the gas pump, thereby increasing transportation costs and reducing consumer discretionary spending, I’ve embraced thrifting.

Sharing my latest 5 Star consumer review (April 5, 2016)Diana's Review:
I am by no means an author or literary expert as compared to some of the other reviewers who post herein, but I wish to convey that 'Underlying Notes' is easily the most enjoyable book that I've read in quite some time. I was captivated throughout this novel's portrayal of the life journey of Carla Matteo, who gives up her life's dream to work with her husband Joe to jointly begin and build a new company, thereby closing one door of her life while chancing to uncertainly open another. Carla's joyful and fragrant hobby of collecting a wide variety of perfumes throughout her life is a perfect story line to coincide with her rite of passage as she transitions herself from one phase to another.
I highly recommend 'Underlying Notes,' and feel as though I have a connection with the author and her roots. It is utterly enjoyable, and I wholeheartedly give it five out of five stars!
