Get in the habit of writing daily. It doesn't have to be publish ready material but you have to discipline yourself to write. I know, no one likes the word "discipline."
2. Listen to your thoughts. Don't filter or discriminate what is flowing into you, just accept it and write it down. In that alphabetic vomit are ideas for books, chapters, poems, articles and every other writing format.
3. Let others read your material and embrace their critique.
