This is a great book for anyone that likes to think of themselves as a person who likes to research, but really doesn't. A completely fictional research paper- chock full of footnotes and interesting side plots. Can be a little overwhelming at times

I am currently reading this one. I love Barbara Kingsolver, but this one has been harder to get in to. I think the characters are so familiar, that the usual intrigue isn't there for me right off the bat. However, she writes beautifully as always.
