When asked his specialty, Michael Spence is likely to reply, "Systematic theology, science fiction, and fantasy." Besides publishing short stories, including "The Snowflake Fallacy," "One Drink Before You Go," "The Music of the Spheres," "They That Watch," and the forthcoming "Dark Speech" (the latter two co-authored with Elisabeth Waters), Michael has also contributed audio pieces to podcasts by Scott Sigler and J.C. Hutchins, both of whom have called his work "f—ing brilliant." As a voice talent, he has narrated Marion Zimmer Bradley's classic Darkover novel The Sword of Aldones and her space adventure The Brass Dragon, both available through Amazon/Audible.com and iTunes.
