As a practicing ER doctor, Paul W. Nielsen knows firsthand the ins and outs of the medical field. He draws on his true-life experiences to add depth and realness to his line of medical thrillers. Paul W. Nielsen lives with his wife, Deborah, on a 236 acre ranch near the Appalachian Mountains in West Virginia where he balances his time between work as an ER physician and writing his next novels. His hobbies include bonsai horticulture, horses and hunting.
