Guy Blews was born and raised in England where he was subjected to the mis-education that marriage was the only way to validate a relationship and that without marriage, children would not be raised properly.
After having watched his own parents attempt at matrimony fail miserably, he noticed the same happening to his parent's friends, his friends, his enemies, celebrities, the Royal Family, the list was endless; and the statistics simply proved that marriage was a disastrous institution that needed an alternative.
Guy wrote 'Marriage & How To Avoid It' as a way of expressing his desire for the human race to let go of their desperation and expectation and to learn to live realistically.
