Carol Robertson Roberts is the author of Floating Dreams: A Memoir, the middle-grade novel Behind the Backstop, and the children's books ZZ's Floating Dream and Kylie's Dinosaur Birthday Wish.

Whether writing for children or adults, Carol explores wonder, imagination, resilience, and the possibility that an unseen presence quietly guides our lives. Through her stories, she invites readers to pay attention to those unexpected moments—a sudden breeze, an unexplained feeling, a coincidence that might be something more.

Carol lives in Montana, where she continues to write stories that encourage readers of all ages to look beyond the obvious and consider what they might discover if they simply pay attention.
