Laura Doyal writes children’s stories inspired by family adventures, curious minds, and the little moments that become lasting memories.

She is the author of The Suitcase Summers and founder of DoodlePie Magic Press, where she creates books and activities that invite children to imagine, explore, and connect beyond the page. Her stories weave together adventure, a little magic, and the courage it takes to grow.

A mom of two based in Southern California, Laura draws inspiration from traveling with her family and watching her children discover the world. She hopes her books leave readers eager for their next adventure—and mindful of the people beside them.
