Kate de Jesus, author of The Gateway Discoveries series is a wife and mother of two active boys who love to read. BUT, it wasn't always that way; getting kids to love reading is usually an ongoing battle. The first book in the series, Dark Fate Falling, is an action adventure story with all the things kids love: lots of action, likable characters, weird science, bizarre creatures and mystery. The adventure continues with book two, The Brutal Ones, now available on Amazon.com. Kate is a graduate of Washington State University and lives with her family in Las Vegas, Nevada.
