This book was written slowly, across ordinary days. It grew out of an interest in interior lives, emotional labour, and the quiet ways time shapes us.
The Weight of Ordinary Days is for readers who are drawn to silences, to moments that appear unremarkable but stay longer than expected. It does not offer resolution so much as recognition.
I hope it finds readers who are willing to read without urgency.
