The book also will include memories and thoughts I associate with these stories and the circumstances under which they were written. One of the tales is the original, (very) short story that ultimately led me to write The Reality Matrix Effect. The working title of the new book is Detours and Reminiscences.(less)

It included no explanation of how or why key events happened. When I decided to turn the story into a novel, I knew I needed a plausible scientific explanation. That expanded my thinking--and my research. The research in turn gave me new ideas to incorporate into the book, along with an additional story line that included new characters and relationships.(less)

“There is no Death with Dignity when people choose to die because health care economics and the social services system prevent life with dignity.”

Elizabeth Barrett Browning
“I love you not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you. I love you not only for what you have made of yourself, but for what you are making of me. I love you for the part of me that you bring out.”
