One of the best reasons for traveling today is an ad by Pan Am (I think)that used to run way back when. The basic premise of the ad was:
"This year you are not traveling because of the economy. What's your excuse going to be next year?"
If that does not stir you into action to take a trip, you are likely to miss so much of what travel can offer.
