I write historical fiction for readers who want adventure with real weight: hidden histories, moral pressure, and characters forced to act when the world begins to tilt.

I’m drawn to periods of transition — especially the 1890s and the 1930s — when old certainties are breaking apart and ordinary people must decide what they are willing to protect, betray, or become.

My work grows out of a long fascination with adventure fiction, archaeology, and the stories cultures tell about their own past. I’m interested in the line where documented history ends, imagination begins, and both start to shape each other.
