"Things are happening, but nothing *insane* that propels the story forward other than the bits of action from Darrow’s POV. So far Iron Gold seems to be setting up the greater story for the next 3 books. Seems to be more of a bridging book - connecting the new generation of characters (Older Lysander, Lyria, and Epharim) to the old generation of characters from books 1-3.
