Stephanie Weaver, MPH is a writer and TED talk speaking coach. She has a Master's degree in Public Health and is a certified wellness and health coach.

The Migraine Relief Plan Cookbook published in July 2022 and provides more than 100 anti-inflammatory recipes.

Her migraine lifestyle guide The Migraine Relief Plan: An 8-Week Transition to Better Eating, Fewer Headaches, and Optimal Health pubbed in 2017 (Agate/Surrey Books). and has been translated into two languages.

She lives in San Diego with her husband Bob and their dog, Daisy. Daisy is a member of the Golden Retriever Lifetime Health Study.

Her first book, Creating Great Visitor Experiences, is in its 7th printing.

I had a lot of recipes that didn't make the first book (The Migraine Relief Plan) as we didn't want that book to be overwhelming to people and it was already packed full of lifestyle information. The new book is crowd-sourced in the sense that I developed recipes in response to a reader survey, I had 40 recipe testers in 6 countries review the recipes, the recipes are simpler in terms of ingredients, and the front section is quotes from an interview series I'm doing called The Resilience Series.(less)
