David Gatchell is a father of two children, award winning entrepreneur, best selling author, and an advocate for early financial literacy among young people. His businesses include real estate and government services and he enjoys coaching and mentoring small business owners. He is also an active supporter of entrepreneurship and financial literacy programs for youth. He sincerely hopes his second book, The Financial Empowerment Handbook will prove to be a valuable resource for youth who don’t have a structured course or formal access to a fundamental personal finance education.

Very practical This book is exactly what it claims to be, a step by step guide to laying a patio. The author is very detailed and provides a great system to follow. It doesn’t sound easy but if someone follows all the right steps it’s possible!

A great guide I love the pictures and narratives explaining what to do along the way. A fun read and lots of information for anyone embarking on a road trip.

A great guide on financial freedom I enjoyed this well written book on managing one’s personal finances. Good examples and stories from the author to make things relatable. A valuable read for anyone struggling with finances.

Confused I’m not totally sure what I just read. Is this a guide to write a one word book? Seems a silly gimmick. Or is it a sales pitch for speaking engagements or some of the authors other books.

An easy read with good insight This is a quick and easy introduction to starting and running one’s own business. Specific to pressure washing but the lessons relate to any kind of service business. Nice to hear the author’s personal story of growth!

well written and unique I appreciate the authors vulnerability in sharing her story. Very impactful. I liked the examples such as RBG and others. A valuable read.
