Michael Host was born decades ago in Portage la Prairie. If you’ve ever been there, you’ll understand why he left for the big city before his first birthday. He spent the next twenty years in Ottawa before heading out west to find his fame and fortune.

He never did find it, but at least, finally found happiness in British Columbia’s beautiful interior.

His first book, My thirty shades, started off as a book about corruption. A topic far too large for him to take on. Following the advice of some unknown publisher, that you should write what you know about, he turned his hand to erotica.
