Kim Rigby grew up in the magical island state of Tasmania, Australia.
Initially, Kim dreamed of a life in journalism, but she was sidetracked by a career in the Royal Australian Navy. After 12 years, Kim’s service came to end when she was diagnosed with Lupus and medically discharged in 2000.
