Donna, a Texas transplant, originally from the small, quaint town of Colebrook in northern New Hampshire. A place where moose and snow are more plentiful than people. She is the oldest of two, but comes from a large extended family, as her Dad is one of 13 children. Living on a Christmas tree farm and spending weekends on her grandfather's dairy farm - bailing hay and milking cows; nature was her playground.

Donna is a 21 year retired Air Force nurse, with a career that spanned nursing, flight nursing, education, training, readiness, and policy. During her last job, she saw the stress service members transitioning to the civilian were under.
