Skye Blackburn writes romantic comedies, suspense, and sports romances, infusing a bit of herself into every character. Her characters are crafted to be dreamy “cinnamon roll” sweet heroes that are thoughtful, with a touch of mischief. Her female characters are strong-willed and willing to fall in love. Beyond her writing, she serves in the medical field, is a perpetual daydreamer, and often finds herself lost in the thoughts of her book boyfriends.

She's often asked about her inspiration for writing. She loves to escape reality and create her own world, and she hopes her books will give readers the same sense of escapism. She hopes her writing will inspire others to follow their dreams and find their destiny.
