“Since death is an inevitablility and life an uncertainty, it all comes down to how we live the precious moments of our lives. When all is said and done, when you are ready to slip peacefully from this world into the next, how do you want to be remembered?”
― The Scrolls of Udanadar
― The Scrolls of Udanadar
“Death can be a very liberating thing, especially when you are still among the living. Knowing that you will die frees you from the crushing burden that is Life, and yes, we all know that we are going to die, but we don't all accept that fact; we don't all live with that comforting knowledge. Instead, we strive in vain to be that one person who never dies, clawing away for that position that will ensure our immortality. The journey of Life is to meet Death on our own terms, and once that can be accepted, the world is wide open. - The Reflecting Pond; Insights of Alsop Tambor”

“I believe the most powerful of emotions is Hope; it is in everything we do. It is like an atom, so to speak, closely related to that of carbon. So many things can be bonded with it to create so many different things; some good, some bad. Combine Hope with Opportunity and Desire, and you get a force that can move mountains; combine it with Love, you can change a civilization; combine it with Fear and you can enslave a whole people. But take away Hope and you will have someone who has nothing left to lose, and that can cost you an empire. - Alsop Tambor’s Address to the Assembly”

“Arrogance must be measured carefully, much like the alloys we use today. Too little of a certain substance, it will give too much and break; too much of the same substance, it will not give enough and the result will be the same. Obtain the right mixture and you can create things to reach the heavens. -A Measure of Man, by Alsop Tambor”

“Sometime in our life when we stride a bridge into darkness and facing the unknown, we must cast faith into our journey like a rock into a well to judge its depths, only then might we find our path guided." - Lhoria Elevadril in Epochalypse... a Memoir of Sorts”

Just completed my first book signing and it was pretty successful I think. I sold 3 HB, 3 PB, and most likely 3 EB.
