| The Four Winds is a novel filled with cookie-cutter characters plodding through an historical narrative that was so by-the-numbers and predictable that it quickly became tedious. Nothing unusual happened. Not to say that the Dust Bowl was “usual” but ...more | |

“Leibniz is at the disadvantage of not having seen it. Or perhaps we should count this as an advantage, for anyone who sees it is dumbfounded by the brilliance of the geometry, and it is difficult to criticize a man’s work when you are down on your knees shielding your eyes.”

Glen wrote: "Aw, thanks, Melissa! Much appreciated.I just finished audio book version of Where Darkness Dwells. FIVE STARS. I'm so excited to have discovered another excellent writer. The setting itself was like another character in the book, and that always seems to work really well for me when I'm visualizing a story line.
Aw, thanks, Melissa! Much appreciated.I saw McCammon, Simmons, and Malfi on your favorites shelf and thought you have great taste.
Thanks, Martin! Really, I think the story will be better for the delay. I should have another big announcement fairly soon about a novel that will be available much sooner.
Hi Glen, thanks for the email update and fantastic announcement on the book deal, can't wait to read the trilogy with Arkadium Rising beginning in December 2014. Only wish it were sooner!
Glen, thank you so much for being my friend on Goodreads.
:)
Hope you read and enjoy TRUST: A NEW BEGINNING.
All the best,
Cristiane.
Thank you for the friend request Glen. I am always looking for fresh thriller/horror to read and your shelf of books looks very inviting.
Hi, Glen!Thank you so much for the friend request, I really appreciate it.
I hope all's well with you and yours.:)
Have a wonderful day and week, my friend!
Leah wrote: "Greetings! Your books, especially The Nightmare Within, sound interesting; too bad I don't "do" eBooks. :) I look forward to print versions someday soon."Hi Leah,
I'm prepping print editions for my novels. I hope to have them ready for the end of 2012.
Greetings! Your books, especially The Nightmare Within, sound interesting; too bad I don't "do" eBooks. :) I look forward to print versions someday soon.
Hey Glen! Thanks for the add. I look forward to reading your work and have added you name to my authors to look for as well as promoting you on google+ and facebook. Have a wonderful week :)
You will definitely know when my print editions will become available.I'd love for a respected small press to take a crack at publishing a limited edition of my work. I'm working behind the scenes even now, and that's why I haven't jumped in with two feet to publish them on my own.
As I sit here looking at my bookshelf and realize how long it's been since I actually purchased a real life paper book, I got to thinking about you're thoughts earlier about releasing your books in print. When you do, can I be one of the first in line for a first edition signed copy? LOL! It really would look great on my shelf sitting next to all the other great authors there.
I started with short stories about 20 years ago. As far as novels, about 10. I started publishing some of my titles a little over a year ago.
Hi Martin,Thanks so much for your kind words! That's really nice to come home to after a hard day at the day job. FYI, I thought you might like to know that I had a story published in 2009? that is set in the second Brother's Keeper book. Titled "Gleaners," it appeared in the S. African magazine, Something Wicked. Here's a link to a brief story excerpt. http://www.somethingwicked.co.za/arch.... "Gleaners" will be reprinted in my short story collection that is due out in May.
Thanks again for your support!
Hi Glen,I've just finished reading Brother's Keeper Novella, oh my god, what a brilliant read! I loved it and can't wait for the full novel. Great idea and my mind is running away at the moment thinking of what happens next! I've left a review. Thanks again for another great read. Best regards, Martin.
Hi Glen,So glad to connect with you here on GR. I look forward to getting to know your work, and invite you to take a look at mine.
Cheers!

Thanks for the friend request! And I have too many novels to pick an all time favorite but my favorite at the moment is The Lure of Shapinsay. :)

Thanks for the friendship and taking a look at my novel. I edited Dead Spell by Belinda Frisch, and it's a fun, dark YA horror novel.
I want to apologize for the all the recommendations from me today. I wanted to share the Stoker Award news, and I only pressed the send button once--I'm not sure what happened to create so many messages. Some weird glitch.Argh...this is terrible...
Again, I'm very sorry.

Here’s wishing you a nifty New Year filled with noiseless noses, neato nicknames, noble Nebraskans, gnarly narcoleptic nebulas, and novel novels about nut-eating narwhals and novercaphobic gnats. -Jeremy :)
P.S.—I’m currently offering autographed/personally-inscribed copies of my novel, Vacation, with free shipping for those in the US. If there’s anything you could do to help me spread the word about this, I’d really appreciate it. Feel free to click here for details:
