I just finished audio book version of Where Darkness Dwells. FIVE STARS. I'm so excited to have discovered another excellent writer. The setting itself was like another character in the book, and that always seems to work really well for me when I'm visualizing a story line.

Christine Hatfield Oh that's really cool and i like your profile picture

message 36: by Glen

Glen Krisch You will definitely know when my print editions will become available.

I'd love for a respected small press to take a crack at publishing a limited edition of my work. I'm working behind the scenes even now, and that's why I haven't jumped in with two feet to publish them on my own.

message 35: by Beth

Beth Jensen As I sit here looking at my bookshelf and realize how long it's been since I actually purchased a real life paper book, I got to thinking about you're thoughts earlier about releasing your books in print. When you do, can I be one of the first in line for a first edition signed copy? LOL! It really would look great on my shelf sitting next to all the other great authors there.

Christine Hatfield Oh that's really cool

so what do you like to do for fun when your not writing books?

message 33: by Glen

Glen Krisch I started with short stories about 20 years ago. As far as novels, about 10. I started publishing some of my titles a little over a year ago.

Glen Krisch Hi Martin,
Thanks so much for your kind words! That's really nice to come home to after a hard day at the day job. FYI, I thought you might like to know that I had a story published in 2009? that is set in the second Brother's Keeper book. Titled "Gleaners," it appeared in the S. African magazine, Something Wicked. Here's a link to a brief story excerpt. http://www.somethingwicked.co.za/arch.... "Gleaners" will be reprinted in my short story collection that is due out in May.
Thanks again for your support!

Jeremy I want to apologize for the all the recommendations from me today. I wanted to share the Stoker Award news, and I only pressed the send button once--I'm not sure what happened to create so many messages. Some weird glitch.

Argh...this is terrible...

Again, I'm very sorry.

Jeremy Here’s wishing you a nifty New Year filled with noiseless noses, neato nicknames, noble Nebraskans, gnarly narcoleptic nebulas, and novel novels about nut-eating narwhals and novercaphobic gnats.
