Jake has been interested in creative storytelling since he was in elementary school, when he wrote and drew his own comic books and sold them to his peers on the playground for a quarter a pop. He's always been fascinated with fantasy in any medium, and these two loves inspired him to enter and win an online short-story contest in college. After working as a journalist for a decade and refining his worldbuilding chops through game mastering tabletop roleplaying games, Jake decided to begin publishing his creative writing and finally get his work out to the public.
