If I d…moreWriter's block is something every writer encounters from time to time. I make it habit to write every day whether I'm working on a book or not. If I don't have anything to write about, I go to one of multiple facebook writer's groups and look for a "prompt." Sometimes I create something so good I save it for a later project. One of the prompts I wrote about asked me to write about being on a spaceship. I wrote a paragraph about a guy bored out of his mind staring out the portal of the spacecraft waiting to get to Mars to begin a new job doing construction on the new base before colonists arrive. Two weeks after writing that paragraph, the plot for a story involving a conspiracy came to mind and now I have the first paragraph. I have two projects in front of that one so everyone will have to wait!(less)

I am inspired by my journey to control my weight and level of fitness. I have lost 50 pounds in 4 months, and keto is the most comfortable lifestyle I've ever tried. I learned a lot of good and bad information researching keto online, and I read the forums on Facebook.com for the diet. There is a lot of wrong information presented as fact, so I decided to write down what I've learned.(less)
