Patrick Leber's Blog: Why Run When ...

7/29/23: Just noticed a blog page was available so I thought I'd capture some thoughts about running or while running. Most will be short entires but this one will be a little long with an intro thought.

My running has lasted 43 years and I attribute this success to three elements (in no particular order)
