I enjoyed That Old Cape Magic (review is now up) very much and would recommend it with the warning that it's about as polar opposite of Dan Brown as you're going to get. Currently reading a rather odd but interesting/enjoyable Colson Whitehead novel, his first.

Thanks Roy, and thank you for the final push to join. It's his usual non stop, breath taking conspiracy theorist race through time & place type work. Really enjoying it so far, can barely put it down. Around half way through but it's definitely up there with the best of his work at the moment in my opinion.

How is That Old Cape Magic working out for you? never read a Richard Russo book personally.
