That's the same with me! I picked it up from some used bookstore and the summary sounded very enticing. I'm halfway through it and it got a bit over detailed at times, but I see now where the author is heading with this. I actually thought this book will be like a Stephen King horrorific or gory book, I'm very glad it's not haha!

Haha.. Yeah, I do particularly have a soft spot for romances, but I've been known to go through phases, the last one before this being the UF genre. It breaks my heart when the next books in my various favorite series take so long to release, it does.

Btw, HEY! I didn't say that at the start of the message. :P

You know if you're starting with romances, I'd start by recommending Bet Me since it's one of my favorites in contemporary romance/chick-lit. You gotta try it sometime, the best part about it being that it's hilarious.
