message 95: by Lavinia

Lavinia Ludlow by the way, am I the only one totally not interested in the Justin Beiber (or however it's spelled) movie?

message 94: by Lavinia

Lavinia Ludlow I accidentally clicked "flag" when I meant to hit "mark as unread."

Whoops! I hope the spam police don't come parading through town.

just tell them it's my fault.

Lavinia Ludlow haha ok I get it So what happened was that I tried to change it, so I hit delete, but then every time I try to upload a new one, it won't stick. so I'm like faceless, like the missing kid on the milk carton.

message 85: by Lavinia

Lavinia Ludlow I may just have been removed from the HS lingo for way too long, but does that mean, smoking pot?

message 78: by d4

d4 Just got around to watching the Smithfield footage... and just received the news on Xmas eve that one of my brothers now works as a Smithfield meat inspector. :/

Scribble Orca Cairo, to be precise. I've given up trying to hide it - those wretched statistcs make it impossible.

Scribble Orca Thank you, D2. Amarone is my preferred plonk - let's enjoy a bottle or two, shall we?

Books Ring Mah Bell Thanks, D2!
:)

message 74: by Jen

Jen Big glasses of wine make me smile too.

message 73: by Ottilie

Ottilie Hey! Congrats on the second book!!! Do you go through a self publishing or have an agent?

message 72: by Kate

Kate Zoë Adele is such a beautiful name and the pics of her sleeping in all of her cute and snuggly outfits are just wonderful. Congrats and I can't wait to see more pictures and hear all the fun parenting stories. I'm sure there will be many of both throughout the years :-)

message 71: by Kate

Kate Thanks David for your comment on The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. It's nice to know there are others out there that didn't care for it either. I seriously thought there was something wrong with me for not being able to "get it" whatever "it" is in this case that has so many people enthralled.

How are things with the little one? The pic you have up is just way too cute.

message 70: by Jen

Jen If you lived in Huntsville, you wouldn't have to ask.

Matthieu I love it.

Matthieu What's her name, David?

Matthieu Nice work, D2. I wish you all the best. :)

message 66: by Jessica

Jen I just gave the strangest man in my city your book, by way of a third person delivery (he's so strange I've never met him and hope to avoid all possible chances of seeing his face close to the oxygen I intake). I hope he likes it. I thought he might- he seems like the most likely resident here to clothespin his genitals.

message 60: by Jen

Jen Aw, shucks.

message 59: by Jen

Jen Knox OK

message 58: by Brad

Brad I did indeed. In fact, I already told you. It's message 91, D. Glad you have mine too. I have a feeling yours is a little more fun than mine.

message 57: by Kate

Kate Hi David David, I just wanted to let you know that I am throughly enjoying Death by Zamboni! My favorite part so far has been when Satan and his sister Etta Donut dress up as Mini and Mickey Mouse respectively to chase down the Hebraic Hitmen! Hilarious scene, I couldn't stop laughing :) I can't wait to see how the mystery will "end" guess I should just keep reaing. Cheers!

message 56: by Lori

Lori Thank you so much for allowing me to interview you! You are too brillant for words! And thank you for promoting my blog as well... we scratch each others backs, eh?

Lots of luck with the new novel!

message 55: by JSou

JSou I just read your interview at The Next Best Book blog. Very cool. I loved your take on e-books.

Burroughs’ words are like fire; he makes me uncomfortable and amazed.

That is the best description of Burroughs' writing I've ever heard.

message 54: by Brad

Brad I have your book and it is on the top of the to-read pile. Can't wait, David.

message 53: by Jessica

Jessica oh, good to know.

message 52: by Jessica

Jessica my book hasn't arrived yet?

Books Ring Mah Bell Yes!

The picture was titled, "bean in drag"!

Good eye!
