Travis Casey is an American British “in print entertainer,” which is a polite way of saying he writes books because stand up comedy requires faster reflexes than he has. After living in more places than a piece of lost luggage, he now channels his nomadic confusion into beach read fiction and satirical memoirs — the kind of stories that prove irony, chaos, and questionable life choices can, in fact, be tax deductible.

His humor is known for poking fun at life, society, and occasionally himself, mostly because no one else volunteered. He’s even managed to get banned from Twitter/X for reasons unknown — a career achievement he did absolutely nothing to earn.

If you enjoy his writing, he’ll proudly take the credit and ask you to tell your friend

Get Ready

I am currently working on final edits of my 11th book, DARK ALLEY to POWER, the third and final in the Carolina Calling series.

If you want to be fully up to speed and hit the decks running for its release in March, may I suggest reading No Halo Required and The Mayor's Race so you know exactly where Yvette and Isaiah stand and get ready for the big showdown!

I love fun books that tell an entertaining story, and Razor Girl did that. It was a funny premise and a lot of humor along the way. It was very funny but there were a lot of characters to keep track of which got me lost along the way a few times. Oth ...more

This was a very entertaining book. Lexi loses her memory and wakes up living a new life she knew nothing about and had to grow into her new lifestyle. It was very funny and I like Sophie Kinsella's writing style. I'm not keen on present tense writing ...more

Todays politics is absurd. I didn't copy what politicians are doing for a storyline, but I exploited their stupidity and thirst for power to give us a laugh. It's called satire, and I love it.

“This life’s hard, but it’s harder if you’re stupid.”
George V. Higgins, The Friends of Eddie Coyle

“If loving you is a sin, then let hell be my paradise.”
Lily Fields

Karl Wiggins
“A life coach? What does that mean? It doesn’t mean anything, does it?

So they ‘coach’ people on how to live their lives? Why don’t they mind their own fucking business? They only call themselves life coaches because they can’t get a job. Because they’re unemployable. And they haven’t got any qualifications either. Do you think they went to Uni to study life coaching? Of course they didn’t.

And who do they coach anyway? Do people go to them and ask to be coached on their lives? I hardly think so. They’d see a psychiatrist or a psychologist or someone with a bit of clout, wouldn’t they?

They don’t coach anybody at all, do they? They’ve made it all up.

So, there you have it. At the bottom end of the otherworldly, metaphysical scale, even less developed spiritually than Orphans or Horace, are Life Coaches.”
Karl Wiggins, Wrong Planet - Searching for your Tribe

Karl Wiggins
“The problem you and I have, as Wrong Planet people, is not so much that we mean everything we say, but we expect that everyone else does to.”
Karl Wiggins, Wrong Planet - Searching for your Tribe

Karl Wiggins
“It’s perfectly acceptable to live a life others don’t appreciate

Remember that”
