Utopia

This takes place in a universe where Salus; a floating utopia in the sky -hovers in the atmosphere of Earth. Despite its small size from the people viewing it on Earth, Salus is surprisingly large once inside. In fact, its probably larger than Earth! How this feat is accomplished; no one knows.
