The Cookbook Club

[close] When it is your month:
1. Select and share your book early in the month (at least 2 weeks prior)
2. Select a recipe from your favourite cookbook
3. Prepare your recipe for/at the event (approx. 10 people)
4. Lead discussion at the event - no preparation required (unless you want to). This might start with a general discussion before moving into themes, characters, plot points etc.

When you are attending but not leading:
1. If opting in, read as much as you can before the event (spoilers)
2. If you can't make it, let the group know. We might be able to organise a device to zoom you in.
3. Optional: Note/mark your favourite quote(s), plot points, or any bits you feel strongly about

In discussion:
1. Everyone’s opinion matters, even if you disagree - Healthy debates are encouraged, but kindness is key.
2. Avoid spoilers until the event (where they're expected - prep for this if you haven't finished)
3. No pressure to contribute or read (keep it fun/relaxing)
