Elizabeth Day Now that you've read the whole series, what is your favorite book in the series? I think mine is this one :)

em (lattereads) I loved the 4th one :) It's very close, buT I just loved the innocense turning deadly when Voldemort comes back and Cedric dies. It's just a turning point for the books. :D

Emily It's been a while since I read all of them...but I think Half Blood Prince

Jasmine I loved them all, but my favourite was the Prisoner of Azkaban. I liked how while there was a hint of danger, we got a better view on Harry's parents. Plus I liked the whole thing with the Time-Turner and the whole mystery of the book.

Prisoner of Azkaban! It's the one where the series starts getting darker. Plus, it has a moral.

Sara Gad The Deathly Hallows.

Magdalena The Half Blood Prince - because you get to know Voldemort better and such an insight into pure evil mind is fascinatng.

Carina This is a hard question. I started reading the books 'late' so I was able to read the first 4 without waiting for the next one to be published. By the time the last book was released I was a bit bored with the series and found the ending to be anti-climactic.

Although I really liked the plot of Azkaban I do not think I could pick it as my favourite because the writing style is aimed at children and it too simplistic for my liking really.

I think, out of the books remaining to myself, I would have to pick Goblet of Fire. The plot was interesting, there weren't any quidditch matches (which never really held my interest in the way the Twiwizard tournament does) and it re-introduces Voldemort.

To me this is the moment where the books really started to 'go dark' as we have two people being killed infront of us (Cedric and the gardner in the first chapter) and it generally sets the tone for later books.

Avani The Deathly Hallows, followed by Prisoner of Azkaban and Order of the Phoenix.

Brianne Mine is Order of the Phoenix. While I feel like Goblet of Fire was the turning point into the darker tone of the end of the series, I think that Order of the Phoenix went further- showing the effects of Voldemort's return to power on the whole student body by way of Professor Umbridge (who in my opinion was deliciously evil). Plus, the ending at the Ministry of Magic was epic!

Sparrowlicious The Prisoner of Azkaban.
Remus, Sirius, a hippogryph, the background of why Snape can't stand Harry ... yeah, I really liked this book.

Jey The Deathly Hallows, followed by erm..Prisoner/ Goblet, Half Blood Prince, Philosopher's Stone, Chamber of Secrets, and Order of The Phoenix.

Jeni Goblet of Fire, for me, too. I like that it's suddenly real for everyone. Made it exciting to read on!

Sarina Torn over 3rd, 5th and 7th part. Don't make me choose. But probably, 5th-Order of the Phoenix. or..3rd-Prisoner of Azkaban....or 7th-Deathly Hallows.URGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

I loved the Goblet of fire and Half blood prince the most but i loved the entire series but if i had to pick favorites it would be the two i mentioned above :)

Kristin The Half-Blood wrote: "I loved the 4th one :) It's very close, buT I just loved the innocense turning deadly when Voldemort comes back and Cedric dies. It's just a turning point for the books. :D"

Mine too. I think this one was this one was where the story got darker.

Evly Order of the Pheonix, easy!
~Evly

Angie Half Blood Prince - the voldemort backstory was epic.

Jannie Huang How about all of them because I really can't decide.

Delaney Carey The Deadly Hallows for sure!

Michael Kamal All of them,
The First three for The Innocence within,
The others for the Adventures

averycait Either Chamber of Secrets or The Goblet of Fire.

Richard 3 way tie with Chamber, Goblet and Deathly

Chamber was a good shift towards the darker and brilliantly created an ally in Ginny

Goblet was sprawling and ended fantastically

Deathly had that magic "walk to the woods" which is quite unforgettable

I mentally view the entire series as "a book" with seven chapters. I don't have a favorite chapter. I like "the book" as a whole.

Emma A difficult question... I've always like POA because there was no 'Voldemort bit' at the end of it, and the whole mad puzzle with the timeturner was so cool. I loved the Deathly Hallows even though it was tugging savagely on my heartstrings and I cried so many times while reading it. In terms of the one I enjoy the most I'd have to go with the Order of the Phoenix. There's something convincingly dark about it and it's really interesting to see the school turned against Harry and Dumbledore and how this impacts on the characters.

M I think Order of The Phoenix or Half-blood Prince... It's a though call between these two.
I used to love Order of The Phoenix the most, but I really like that you get to find out more about Voldemort's past in Half-blood Prince.

Angeline Joseph I like the Prisoner of Azkaban and The Goblet of Fire. :)

Lilac Forrest wrote: "I mentally view the entire series as "a book" with seven chapters. I don't have a favorite chapter. I like "the book" as a whole."

Same here. For me it's like that for many great series'.

Eva prisoner of azkaban, deathly hallows and chamber of secrets.

Zerah It is definitely the half blood prince! I just adored Snape's character in it. There was a lot of mystery regarding the potions book and they were still at school, unlike the deathly hallows!

Iman27 Definitely the goblet of fire!
