PLEASE ERASE EVERY THING...goodreads is failing!

Look, I need all of my books, cover, content erased from your site so that I can start over. Somehow all of the books were merged into one. In addition, all of the covers are years old, and I don't have any idea how you even got the old images for use on this site. My author profile is disgusting. My books are all merged together. I tried an add campaign, but it sends anyone who clicks (which I get charged for) to a blank page that somehow links to a completely different book.

This, thus far, has been a horrible experience and since nobody returns emails I thought this would help. Although, I doubt it.

Is there anyone that actually works as goodreads or are all of these processes incorrectly automated? I know some good programmers. Maybe you can take the money I gave you for the ad that doesn't work and hire some help.

OK, I've separated out the books that didn't belong with each other. Can you tell me if everything looks OK?

If I've missed something please post back here with the relevant info so that I can update the records.

We don't remove valid, published books (or editions thereof) from the site. Edits that attempt to do so will be reverted. You are welcome to add new editions, but you may not edit old editions into new ones.

Looks like you accidentally combined them all, but a librarian has sorted them out. Please let us know if any are still combined in error.

Please feel free to edit your bio/blurb, add a new picture, and so on.

As far as advertising, librarians have no control over that. I assume you already used the "contact us" link? If the volume of email is especially high this week, it may take a day or two for our advertising folks to get back to you. But they will be able to help you get any issues with your ad straightened out.

A human! OMG I love you. Well, I'm not sure how it all got gummed up. Something tells me that I'm not the only person entering data and that alarms me.

One of the things that's odd, on See Jack Die, it has an old cover and I don't know how to input the new cover date. Also, and this is strange, the book has an illustrator listed as Ian Federov (but there are no illustrations in that book. It's a novel. So I need that removed.

How can a Newer cover be added?

If the book has a different ISBN then add a new edition. If reuse of old ISBN then an alternate cover edition is added
