The person below me...
Erm... guilty! I didn't even like the book, but the cover was too pretty to resist! The book was Anna and the French Kiss, in case anyone is wondering, and I didn't hate it, but the cover was definitely better then the insides.TPBM - Romantasy, yes or no?
I personally don't like romance novels and I love fantasy novels.if the main theme is fantasy and there is a little romance then it's fine. But if the main theme is about romance then I'm not into it.

My favorites tend to change every now and then, but currently it is Melanie Martinez.TPBM Fantasy or Mystery books?

Nope. Sorry, I did read the second book in the Vampire Chronicles, but that is a different story. TPBM, would you rather:
a. Live in the Wizarding World but be a squib
b. Live in Lunar Chronicles world but be a shelf
c. Live in the Riordanverse but be a mortal.
Tog tpbm, a character of a recently read book you could very much relate to. Your fictional twin of sorts?
tbh, im not sure i have one. most of the characters i read ab are a few years older than me and/or live a completely different life to me. i will say, there have been several characters where i can relate to certain aspects of them, yk?TBPM - favorite childhood cartoon?
probably the first spider-man movie (2002) if we’re going off of live action. it’s such a classiccontenders would definitely be the incredible hulk and spider-man far from home
tpbm: favorite lesser known actor/actress?
Hmm...probably Jeremy Jordan, it is not that he is not famous, but he is not AS famous as it gets. TPBM: Favorite anime?
Wow, it depends so much that I can't say, sorry. tpbm, some books to your list of books you want to read?
TPBM: Manga, hands down. Though some comics do have a special place in my heart, such as the Over the Garden Wall comic series.

TPBM, least favourite read so far this year?
Happily Never After by Lynn Painter because it was SO DISAPPOINTING! Not that you asked why. Oops.TPBM: fave book --> movie adaption?
Cassie wrote: "Happily Never After by Lynn Painter because it was SO DISAPPOINTING! Not that you asked why. Oops.TPBM: fave book --> movie adaption?"
oh no! I just started reading a Lynn painter book and haven't really loved it as much as other people have, are there any to steer clear from?
mine is the hunger games series (again, but it's a classic). I love how they stayed as close to the source material as possible while adding some new details that provide more insight into events that weren't possible through only katniss' pov in the books
TPBM: favourite subgenre in YA? (ya romance, ya fantasy, ya mystery, etc)

Which Lynn Painter book are you reading rn? I really liked all of her YA novels, but the adult novels are risky. I read Mr. Wrong Number and the sex scenes were TERRIBLE and I overall wasn't the biggest fan so I didn't read The Love Wager. And then, as I mentioned, Happily Never After -- another adult romance of hers -- it just didn't feel like Lynn Painter idk. Personally, I'd stick to her YA novels.
YA romance.
TPBM: fave quote from the book you're reading rn?

I'm reading Mr. Wrong Number and kind of feel the same way! I thought I was the only one who isn't liking it so much.
I've heard really good things about her YA novels but now I'm a little cautious about it. is there one that you recommend over the others and is it worth it?
Fave quote: "Isn’t that love? Wanting what’s best for the other person, even if it breaks your heart?” from Royally Rearranged by Emma St Clair
TPBM: day reader or night reader?

Bookish Ick: Real people on book covers (I prefer illustrated in an artsy way, if people have to be featured at all.)
TPBM - Has went out of their way to purchase a pretty 'special edition' copy of a book they like/want.
