Okay! :)

Okay! :)

Just finished The Keep so I would like to keep going but I can't until next weekend. If that works for you, I'm in.

That's fine. I might start a day or two ahead of time as I have a book coming out on the 3rd that I'm dropping everything for. I'll set up a thread in a couple of days. Let me know if that's cool with you :)

Sounds good, Nikki.
What's coming out on the 3rd, if you don't mind me asking?
:D Me too! I was wondering if it was that book myself but I didn't want to ask. Lol. I've been taking a break from horror and rereading the Dark Hunter books. I should be starting Acheron next.

Lol Ask away. I have nothing to hide when it comes to my books. Enjoy your re-read!

Wendy and Richard Pini, creators of Elfquest, will be there. I have an almost complete run of the original black and white issues, want to see them. Also want to see Mercedes Lackey. We met through Holly Lisle, and the three of us once served together on a panel at Balticon on child abuse in sf and fantasy.
Going to be a fun event. Just found out this am that my daughter and son-in-law are also going. John is president of a company he helped found and is a co-owner of, and they're branching out into the kind of stuff you see on Face Off, so they're going to attend some related workshops and events.

I hope you and your family enjoy yourselves and be sure to come back and tell me any fascinating news :)

Would anyone else be interested in buddy reading Live Girls?

I forgot about this one, if I didn't have 2 group reads in my group about to start plus a buddy read with addy I would join but I'm kind of busy right now. If you end up not getting anyone and want to wait I will gladly join you in a few weeks though.

Which means, of course, I'm going to have to read one of her novels now.

I stared last night. Thanks though :)

It may be one of the selections for the October Group Read. I'm not sure yet. If you don't want to wait you can start your own here.

Click on the link for the book on GR. Right up under the picture and where you get to click if you want to add the book. There is a green link that says READ BOOK* You get to read it for free on GR, not Amazon.
