Goodreads Question: Email Notifications

So, a general GR question, not sure if this is just a flaw in Goodreads or if it's something I have misconfigured. I'm going through about 50 emails from this group (been a busy couple of days) and I was wondering if there was a way for the email to identify what sub-group a discussion is from. I see emails notifying me that a topic such as "Finished (Spoilers!)" has new posts. But it doesn't tell me which sub-thread it's a part of, so I can't tell if it's related to Assassin's Apprentice or Leviathan Wakes or any of the other books we've read. Is there some way to set up my email preferences so that Goodreads includes the sub-forum information? Or is this a type of request that needs to go to the GR team?
