So when I started this journey, it quickly morphed into a 4 book series (as my debut). I am currently working on the first book in my next series. I prefer to read in a series style as well. I like being able to get to know the characters more in depth. I like being able to know what happens a little more after the HEA... SO.... what about you? What's your preference and why?

J.B. Lynn | 1 comments I'm a fan of series because they tend to allow you to get to know interesting secondary characters who don't get enough page time in just one book. :-)

I totally agree!!! It's funny how many times I've been asked "I wish I got to know more about ___, will he be in the next book?" LMAO! And I get giddy because yes, eventually all of their stories will be told!

There is nothing like the anticipation of seeing old friends again! Of course, 2 days later that's followed by the depression of having to wait another year.

Dana Mason (danamason) I also read and write by series. I think reading a series also helps with that dreaded TBR pile. I never know what to read next, but if I have a book in a series I haven't read yet, I pick it first.
Also one of my favorites now is the KGI series by Maya Banks. You should check it out.

:) I knew we were so alike! I can't wait for Dangerous Embrace, but you'll have to hand hold me girl! You just ask Katie Mettner! Oh hell... Her Sugar's Dance is really good, but I'd email her and tell her where I was so she could tell me if something scary was coming up! No JOKE!
