Need update on book cover + combine editions

Hi,
I have some issues I would really love some help with. One of my books, Stained by Ella James, has two editions, and I would like for there to only be one. Both editions have incorrect covers. I have a copy of the correct cover, but I'm not allowed to upload it myself, as I am not yet a librarian. Two of my other books, Here by Ella James and Stolen by Ella James, need cover updates. I have those covers as well. I will happily gift an Amazon gc of $2.99 to anyone who can change these things for me tonight. My main concern is the incorrect/outdated covers, although I would also like the double editions combined if that is possible. E-mail me at ella_f_james@ymail.com and I can send you the covers. Was the Kindle edition of Stained ever published with the red and white cover? If not, I am assuming that it was always published with the other editions cover.

Also, post the images to your profile and we can download and add them from there. Or link to your website.

I don't suggest offering money for these changes. Being a librarian is a privilege and not something we should expect to be paid for.

In fact, taking money for making librarian edits would be highly problematic and might cause a librarian to lose their librarian privileges.

Don't worry about it. Already created the alternate cover editions for Stolen and Here. Found the images on your website.

Just to double check Ella. Was the stained cover ever published with the red and white cover? We make alternate editions so people can shelf the edition they read. This means we would create a new edition for the new cover.

This would explain why you have 2 editions for your kindle books now for all three of the books you mentioned.

I don't think so, but that was around the time period that my baby was sick and in the hospital, so I don't remember 100 percent. But I don't think it was.

I'll leave this up to a super, but for now there is the alternate cover edition with the correct cover. This will become the default when enough people shelf it.

If a super decides to merge them, then they will do that and you will only have 1 edition left over.

Sounds good. Asked my husband, and he says red and white cover was never on Amazon. Not sure if that helps, but wanted to tell you.

Hmmm... I'm seeing several bloggers having the old cover, as well as the fact that another super was the one who uploaded the image that is on it now.

Well, sounds like it should just stay then with the alternate cover edition. Wouldn't hurt anyways and when the other is shelved more the newer edition will be the default.
