I notice that all but a handful (or even less) of authors on GR use "Sr." rather than of "Snr.". Is this something we even care about?

Not all the books on the non-GR profile belong to the GR author. I edited non-GR author profile to remove his info, and those books that are his should be moved over. But I will not merge a profile that has over 100 OTHER books.

A general comment: If a profile has no books, no fans, no quotes -- no content at all, it does not need this thread. The cleanup script will get it.

No obituary as such, possibly because it looks like he didn't become a published author until after his death. His GR page has "He died of cancer..." and refers to his mother finishing(?) the books and getting them published. He seems to have joined GR after his death so that was probably his mother as well.
On Shelfari (and Amazon) they have a joint page with similar blurb and joining dates,
