I intended to combine them, but I gave up, as I'm not 100% sure. I searched Russian pages and the translation showed a third name, Iuri Mamleev, which is also the one used in Romanian.

I'm going with the English translation of the name, which is Yuri Mamleev as the primary and Ю́рий Вита́льевич Мамле́ев as the secondary native name.

They have been merged. I will go through all the books now and clean up the authors books and make sure they belong under that author.

Google suggests Mameleev instead of Mameylev so I suppose too they are the same author.
