Depends what book they are from. If so, then i don't think it really matters. (*Book 6 comes out in two years, so i recommend reading them after book 5)

The deleted scenes are better read together as we move on with the series (reading #1 then #1.1 ... #2, #2.1, #2.2 and so on...)
OR
should I read those once I'm done with the entire series of 6 books (#1, #2 ... #6 followed by #1.1, #1.2 ... and so on?)
