Google suggests that a number of book resellers use an all-7 ISBN as an inventory shorthand. :(

On the other hand, three of the four people who added it did it quite recently -- this user less than a month ago when they joined GR. You could message them and ask what they thought they were shelving? (None of them have any other books by this author shelved.)
