YES!!! Narnia, LOTR, Little Women, Game of Thrones, Emigrants, Alice in Wonderland, Pride and Prejudice, Great Expectations, and Naruto.

I do that too! And usually those characters resemble me in some way or other. lol.

In more recent years, and for completely different reasons, I like to at least imagine myself an observer /friend in all the BRIDGERTON books. A second kind of reading getaway is a good time-travel book or series, such as Gabaldon's OUTLANDER series or Janet Chapman's first group of HIGHLANDER books.

Agree! I loved these books as a child.

I have similar thoughts and feelings.

Anyway, we have live in a book while we read it jumpt into the stories exploring our mind with it :)

No, I don't want to live inside a book - that would be very uncomfortable.

Oh, and I'd go to Middle-Earth."Amen. I would first go and stay with Tom Bombadil and Goldberry

Lol.

I've read alot of books I wish I to be apart of, maybe even change the story. I don't think I would take place in Harry Potter unless its AFTER Voldemort is destroyed. Because I don't want to be in a book war zone. But it would be wicked fun to be in Percy Jackson!!! I don't know if I would be a child of Athena or Poseidon. Maybe a little of both. Daughter of Poseidon with a blessing of Athena? Or the other way around would work too. :-) I could have water powers but the wisdom of the sacred wise owl at the same time!! Cool!!!

As to "Harry Potter," I've always imagined myself as a fourth member of the trio of friends. I love them all so much. :)
