how to i attach link individual books on GR to a new Collection just published. For example: An Introduction to the Eternal Jubilee Collection by Barbara Cartland has four books inside it which are already included in the catalogue.

There isn't a way to put an actual link between books and omnibus editions which contain those books. The best way to do it is to list the books in the description of the omnibus.

(If the books were part of a series you'd be able to add the omnibus edition to the series so they'd be together that way, but this collection isn't a series so that doesn't apply here.)
