Unfortunately, it is not on Amazon (yet). They want exclusivity, and that would mean that I have to "unpublish" from Smashwords, Kobo, Sony, diesel, etc., so, until Smashwords works out the details with Amazon, I am kind of at a dilemna about whether to just go with Amazon, or stay where I am, with more exposure. I may when I publish the sequel, put Salute on Amazon, and the sequel thru Smashwords, just to see what kind of response/sales I get. So far, have had a few sales thru smashwords, and just waiting to see about Sony, Kobo, etc. If you go to smashwords, you can read the first 20% of the book for free. Not sure about Sony, or Kobo, and the others, but thank you in advance :)

Hi Doug :) I don't have the book on Amazon. They want exclusive publishing, and right now (above) I have posted the other sites where my book is available: Sony, Kobo, Diesel, B&N (not sure if it is showing up there yet or not), as well as smashwords. Folks can check out the first part on smashwords for free, but not sure if they can "review" at that point. I am thinking about publishing "Salute" to Amazon as soon as I publish my sequel thru Smashwords, and taking "Salute" off Smashwords. The only thing there is, that you get more exposure thru the other booksellers thru Smashwords, as Amazon wants exclusivity, and that is limiting right now. Will have to see what happens. Hi there, I have been checking my numbers for days and they haven't moved even though I keep getting messages saying that newbies have been added to the list. Maybe I have been missed? Hello you splendid people,I'm having a similar experience to Wendy, above. Five days after going through the entire list, Liking and tagging, I've had very few in return. I realise that US folk can't 'Like' on my UK page, but it would be very much appreciated if you could like and tag both of my US pages and also Like my Amazon Author page which currently has just three Likes.

Hi Kobi! I may be wrong here, but in the UK Amazon only ask for exclusive digital publishing when you sign up as a member of their KDP Select program, which makes your book available to Amazon Prime members for free lends. Regular KDP sellers can also sell elsewhere.

I missed one tag on the first book and totally missed your second book which I just tagged and liked. Also fyi: I'm the only like on your author's page, at least it's orange for me. Sorry about missing the second one. Don't know how that happened.

Not sure what you mean about upload your book to here. If you mean your link for your amazon page,yes and I see you did that. I just gotcha there.
Wendy and Jason,I'm not sure why you guys are having issues. I can assure you that I've gotten about nintyfive likes/taggs since I started doing the tag/like thing on these forums. I started about a month or so before I started this forum to keep up with it all. Maybe five of those likes were due to people actually liking my book so you've got to figure five months for ninty tags, that's like four and a half tags a week. When I first started the list there was more interest because it was new, so if you've gotten three likes in the last week, you are doing as well as I am.
I know it would be awesome if everyone on the list would like/tag indefinately but people's interest in things fade. I myself would probably not be doing the list anymore if I had not created it. I am no longer liking and tagging on the forums I origionally did. Also, I'm sure that there are those who wish to be on the list without putting forth the effort to do the list themselves. It is not a requirement to do so, it is only encouraged.
I can say that I have liked everyone's work on the list and if they have tags, I've tagged them and there are a few others that do so religously though speratically so I would suggest that you try to be patient. I would also like to thank you for your efforts on the list, it does make a difference.

No worries at all, Doug! It's probably also the case that most authors on the list probably aren't following it to the extent of receiving emails every time there's a post, etc. So these things do take time and it's an imperfect science! :) Thanks for clarifying.

No problem Ian. I liked your Facebook page. Graham started a great thread for social media: http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/9... . You should put your FB page there as well. Because My list is so long, I only list Amazon links. The list is somewhat daunting to newbies as it is, so I try to keep it as simple as possible. I'd put your Amazon link on there now but I think it would be better for you if you waited to get everything ready first so that when you are at the top of the list, you will get the most likes.
