Yes, Yes it does at that... LOLBut in such a way that they don't feel they are being talked down to. SO they open more and they offer more suggestions and observations than they would otherwise. It iS a good tool to use... funny that I only just now realized how this group might appreciate said humor. :)

Really?! Oh, my gosh, some of the funniest people I know are in this group. Peruse some of the threads and you'll see... Warning, a lot of the humour is extremely twisted, but, funny, none the less. (wicked grin).
