Last friday I went in to check but there wasn't any free friday shown on my Nook. I'm wondering if this has stopped but apparently other Nook users still managed to get it. This is weird...

the Nook HD+ does not show the free friday selection. I have complained several times, to no avail. Still hoping that B&N will put that on the HD+. Have to wait for the email.

I do not get the free Friday selection to my Nook either. I have to go searching for it every Friday.
on my Nook tablet I see the free Fridays selections every Friday... give or take 15 minutes after midnight :) ... its under the "picked just for you" I will admit that the "spotlight "has been missing for some time.

I have complained as well. I have a Nook hd+ and there is wasted space on the nook daily screens. Why not put the daily find and free Friday selections there, I hear you, Nina!
It's not as convenient as "Picked just for you", but you can find the free friday ebook and free app on the web. If you go to your web feature on the HD+, HD, NT or NC and then to your bookmarks, B&N has already saved a bookmark called " The NOOK Blog". The free friday ebook and now app are always listed there.
That's what I do, but the accessibility of the free Friday and daily deal could easily be accessed on the Nook, but for whatever reason, isn't
I have a Nook Simple Touch. Another place I find free books is from Smashwords.com. I noticed many of the books from Barnes & Nobles state "Sold by: Smashwords".
Oh, I forgot to mention that I use my simple touch to see free friday, spotlignt, and daily deals when they aren't on my hd+.
also dont forget today is the start of the big nook weekend book sale ! just bought several books that are normally 7.99 or 8.99 for 3.99 and these books are never normally reduced ! damn authors think they are too high and mighty lol jk . unfortunately , none of them are lendable , sorry guys .
