That's one where I'm not sure $1.99 is a deal. I nearly threw that particular book across the room when I finished it. I do remember saying out loud "you have gotta be kidding me." We'll see if it's money well spent for you --

That's a good one. I definitely think the second one is better though.

I finished We'll Always Have Summer (Summer, #3) by Jenny Han . It was better than the second book, but I felt pretty disappointed in the ending.

Started reading The Earth Dwellers (The Dwellers, #4) by David Estes and I'm loving it so far! I'm about 30% in, and I'm scared for Adele at this moment!! David, you wouldn't kill a character that shares a name with your wife. Right? RIGHT??

The narrator is Cris Dukehart and she is pretty good. Not labored or robotic like a lot of them. I really enjoyed it Heidi.

I finished The Earth Dwellers (The Dwellers, #4) by David Estes and I FREAKING LOVED IT!!! Just...wow, I am majorly impressed David! You were in trouble for awhile, but I came to terms with it by the end of the book!

I haven't read all the extras yet, its getting late and I already stayed up way to late to finish! Have to get to those tomorrow!

I think I expected depressing, and while it is, sort of, it's also twisted and vindictive which I didn't see coming.

DeAnna (dee84812) | 671 comments I'm having a hard time getting into Eat, Brains, Love by Jeff Hart , so I put it aside for now and started my review copy of Cut It Out The C-Section Epidemic in America by Theresa Morris . It's not my typical genre, but it's something I feel very strongly about.

message 4692: by Mara (new)

Mara (maraanne) Finished: The Dream Thieves (The Raven Cycle, #2) by Maggie Stiefvater (3 stars) If it weren't for the language, I would have given it 4 stars.

Now reading: Dance of the Red Death (Masque of the Red Death, #2) by Bethany Griffin

Tracy | 823 comments I just finished To Kill A Warlock (Dulcie O'Neil, #1) by H.P. Mallory and it is a real fun quick book. Actually I listened to it on audio. I have had it on my TBR for a while and I'm glad I finally broke down and read it. It is really cheap on Audible right now if anyone is interested.

Jeann (Happy Indulgence) (happyindulgence) | 258 comments I am reading Unbreakable (Legion, #1) by Kami Garcia at the moment and it's so disappointing. It's basically a Supernatural rip off with no additional substance. The two brothers are just an excuse for a love triangle and there is all this stupid teenage melodrama
