Adam and Noah were my favorites in the beginning....by the second book I loved Ronan the best. His story line is awesome in the second book. By the end of third, I think Gansey was my fave. It keeps switching around...can't wait to see what happens in the 4th book!

A few of my favorites are in here, but I actually have not read a lot of these!

She has a downloadable list of all the titles on her website if anyone needs some good read recommends!

Mine's 216. I read more than that usually, but I always prefer to end up doing more than my goal than falling short. Last year my goal was 200 and I nearly doubled it.

I read books from really short ones (short children's stories, for example) to long ones that are creeping close to the 1000 page mark, and count them all.

I'm usually more middle ground. Around the 350-450 page mark. But this year the other group I'm in has up the amount of books needed for a 'serious' team and I prefer those. So I had to read at least 12 books over a 100 pages. So I ended up reading novellas for the first time in my life. O.o They are quite good but I find it's better to read the series that correspond to the them first. :P

I have cycles of interest. Some years I read more. Others I study languages and then I usually watch a lot of tv as well. But I'll cycle that as well. :/

Sometimes I even get into arts and crafts or back into my music. :)

I'm the same, Oda. I watch a bit of TV and the odd movie, but nine times out of ten, if I'm not writing, or attempting to keep up with things online, you'll find me reading.

Don't worry about it. The reading goals are just a guideline for how many books you hope to read, anyway. What matters is that you get some pleasure from the reading.

Brittany McCann (brittanylmccann) | 105 comments FINISHED
The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky The Perks of Being a Wallflower for a march standalone read and it is great so far. I loved the letter style of the writing. This was one I am happy to have finally read. It seemed a very straight forward look at the entrance into the high school world in the early 1990s. There were many sensitive issues that were touched upon but in a way that flowed with the story. 5 stars for me.

STILL READING
Token Huntress by Kia Carrington-Russell Token Huntress for my pen pal read!

finishing tonight One Child The Story of China's Most Radical Experiment by Mei Fong One Child: The Story of China's Most Radical Experiment which is very well written at times painful to contemplate.

and just started Red Queen (Red Queen, #1) by Victoria Aveyard Red Queen for the March Series read.

and Persuasion by Jane Austen Persuasion for a challenge of a book written before 1900.
