What are you reading right now?

I'm getting ready to go read it right now! It was hard for me to put down last night and go to bed!

I thought I was in the minority- it's such a popular book!
But I've heard great things about the movie, so I'm thinking of watching it.

Perks is kind of disjointed so I think that is what put some readers off about it. I am the same as Tommy. I liked it but was hoping to love it if that makes sense.
I thought the movie was really good, but I'm not planning to read the book. For some reason, it just doesn't interest me after enjoying the movie so much.
Jenny wrote: "Love Fairest Michelle!"I really liked Fairest as well. not as much as the three whole number books before it, but it made me super excited for Winter.

I started
in audio today, and it is WONDERFUL in audio! The narrator is Davina Porter. I don't think she does the whole series, just this one book. But she is FABULOUS! I think this is a series to do in audio if you like audiobooks at all!
I was looking up her credits, and she narrates a lot of historical fiction and classics (YAY!) She narrates
that might be a perfect way to finally read that monster of a book!

It was really good! I kind of wish it'd been longer and that more happened in it ... but I loved the characters. :)
And now I have started:
Michelle wrote: "I really love learning about Levana before she was Queen Levana. I actually feel pity for her now."Yeah no pity for her here! hahaha

Same haha. I might sympathize with some of her background, but man, even when she wasn't being all evil dictator-ish, she was awful haha.
Hahaha yeah she wouldn't let him go and I was just screaming at my book, "just let him go already!" Lol
I love the narrator of
, but the book is just tooooo much! If I want to fall asleep, I'll put it on. ;) Her voice is soooooo soothing!

I finished
and HOLY CRAP, that was an intense read!! I LOVED it, even more than her Starbound trilogy. The format was very unique and different. This was a cross between EVIL ROBOT and ZOMBIE VIRUS, being in deep space with another ship fast approaching to blow them out of the water. I don't think it could have gotten more dangerous!

Currently trying to finish Chaos. A little too much teen angst and the romance part getting in the way rather than enhancing the story line. While I wait for my next
novel, I will likely start either Winter or Red Rising since the 3rd isn't too far off.

Hhhmmmm, good to know about Chaos. I have that one and have been debating whether to continue that series.

And that is saying something. I've read a few of his comic scripts and they're almost as good as the fully illustrated works.

I'm a third of the way through Hugh Howey's first Molly Fyde book. Although I have some minor annoyances with the MC, the plot, world-building, and action are SO GOOD. I love it!

I recently just picked up Rook, Paperweight, and Legend form the library. Setting aside Six of Crows for now and going to give Rook a try.

I've met the author a few times! He's hilarious! Lives in Phoenix so he's at all the ComiCons each year. :)

Yesterday I finally got from the library:
I've read like 100 pages and I like it so far! It does kind of follow the typical Rick Riordan formula, but it's fun anyway. :P
I'm also about halfway through:
Honestly I'm kinda considering DNF-ing it. It's just not really holding my interest and I have so many library books to finish. But I guess I'll give it another day or two and see if it gets better.

Same here, Brigid! I think I just liked that it was so different from anything else in YA right now. A true western!
